No annual management fees for EC25
Enter capital does not charge an annual management fee. Only success fees are paid upon completion of a transaction. This applies only to General Partners or similar structures. Limited Partners are welcome to apply to participate in our co-investment funds, with a 2% annual fee and 20% carried interest on profits. |
